what is going on ?


have spent the last hour trying to get in and even now still cant get a livecharts applet to load or run !


maybe quote.com could have the courtesy of sending out an email to subscribers when your systems are fouled up to not keep us all guessing as to what the heck is going on ?

7/22/2008 - Early this morning one of eSignal's Network Operation Centers was affected by a power outage on the West Coast. This has affected some clients attempting to connect to both QCharts and LiveCharts. We appreciate your patience as our Engineering group works to resolve this matter. Update: The impacted servers have been restored and connections have returned to normal.

well i still get applet not loaded messages


killed all the cookies cleared cache logged in again and still cant get the applet to come up

ok finally logged in


any ideas as to why it took 3 iterations at login before the third one finally allowed the applet to load ? still some servers out there that arent fully up yet ?

applets load but the charts take a long time to come up and time n sales is slow to come up as well


hopefully it'll clear up, maybe everyones loggin in all at once and bogging down the servers ?
