Login Problems

Has eSignal changed the login requirements over the weekend..

My usual login url.. gives me the attached page.. "you are logged in.. but does not open to the next appallet or charting window..

and when I click on "click here to launch LiveChart".. I get nothing..

the only way I have been able to login.. is through LiveChart support login.. at www.livecharts.com.. under log-in.. none of the other url's work..

this is very annoying..

I couldn't tell by the description if you enter your login when you use your normal bookmark.

When using the route (login.livecharts.com) that doesn't come from the via the main website, you should enter your username and password.

Perhaps try editing the bookmark to the URL login.livecharts.com. From the screenshot it looks like it was bookmarked after the login request.

Alternatively, this might be related to a cookie issue, perhaps clearing your browser's cookies and logging back in via login.livecharts.com.

Yes I was using my regular bookmark.. it has worked ok for the past three months or so.. so who knows why this am.. it didn't work..

Anyways.. did as you recommended.. and I am back in business..
