  • Hot Lists And Portfolios

When logging in this morning, Livecharts failed to load the Hot Lists or my Portfolios, defaulting to the Sample Portfolio, and displaying an error message in the Hot List window which says "Error Occurred in Communication with Hot List server!"

I tried both IE and Opera, since they store cookies independently, with identical results. In Opera, I saw a brief error message displayed under the Porfolio window, but it went away very quickly ...

    From the Java Console:

At 8:51, I was able to get the Hot Lists with the reset button, which I had been trying every couple of minues since the open.

At 8:57, was able to do the same with the Portfolios.

Also noticed there seems to be a new feature in Portfolios ... to be able to edit symbols in that Window. Are there any other additions in that area, such as sort features, or rearranging the order by dragging a symbol up and down? Just curious.
