  • no symbol MC Z8=2

    so far.

=2 symbols were created to follow their corresponding pit session symbol, in this case MD Z8.

Currently there is no data on MD Z8 for today, which is why MC Z8=2 hasn’t updated today as well (since a trade on the pit session for the day initiates the update of the =2 symbol)

when will you bring an alternative way of viewing rth only data?

      hopefully VERY soon.

could you be a little more specific here?

what does it mean - "following their corresponding pit session symbol"?

The =2 symbols were initially created to allow clients to see how the mini contracts performed while the big contracts were open on the floor.

Basically the mini is the mini of which contract:

          The e-mini S&P midcap 400 (MC) and the S&P Midcap 400 (MD).

          The e-mini S&P 500 (ES) and the S&P 500 (SP)

Please refer to this thread for more information on the =2 symbols.

i still do not really understand why anyone needs that connection to the pit contract.

i still wait for a simple way of switching between 24hr and rth data.
