HotList not posting or quoting

Problems with the Hotlist

Last yesterday afternoon.. and this AM.. the Hotlist : US Stock - US Stock Market Watch.. are not being posted or quoting..

I have logged in on half a dozen different servers.. with the same resolves..

Presently on server LC B 06

also headlines are missing at times as well for many tickers i have looked at

Could you indicate the LiveCharts server you are connected to (via the Java Console)?

On the bottom right, is it connectin through port 2812 or through port 80?

is what it shows bottom right

doesnt show the server name though

US Stock Market watch doesnt update at all, looks like it has yesterdays results

You should always be able to see which server you are connected in the java console.

When you log into login.livecharts.com for instance, you are routed to either login-bxb.livecharts.com or login-hw.livecharts.com

Perhaps try to see if you can log into either of those (i.e., login-hw.livecharts.com) as sometimes hot lists that do not come up can occur b/c of troubles connecting to the server location via the internet.

ok tried it

server lc-b-09 seems to have working market watch data whereas lc-h-05 does not

i'll stay with the bxb servers
