Blank Charts

anyone else getting blank charts all day long? no matter how many times you close the browser and re log in it keeps happening. and all you get from esignal is clear your cache. it seems to me their servers cannot handle the load. can anyone recommend any other good charting programs at a reasonable price?

and it's quite telling that as soon as the market closes livecharts works fine! but as soon as the market opens at 930, all you get is blank charts.

From the java console: Would you be able to post the server you are connected to that currently is not displaying charts?

It would be something like LC-h-05, or LC-b-01

Was that
LC-h-09 or LC-b-09?
LC-h-04, or LC-b-04?

It would help in the reporting of problems to engineering.

I've reported issues with LC-h-04, h-09, h-02, and h-10 to our operations department, and am checking other servers as well.

I'll post updates when I get some information on the issue.

The -h livecharts servers should be pulling up charts better at this time.
