HotList not posting or quoting

Is there a reason for the HotList: US:US STOCK MARKET WATCH not to download..

I have logged in on three different servers so far.. all the same results..

Presently on LC_H-08

I'm able to get hot lists on LC-h-08.

DNS issues have caused problems getting hot lists to download, often when that happens the client also isn't getting their portfolios.

Are you able to log into either login-bxb.livecharts.com or login-hw.livecharts.com, and do the hot lists display for you when you do?

If one of those is not reachable for you (like -hw, that might prevent the hotlists from viewing on lc-h-08)

I have been able to loggin under the url login-bxb.livecharts

the url of login-hw.livecharts.. did not allow download..

will loggin from this url for now..

This is not working out.... and not to pleases..


the regular loggin.. and the login-hw.livecharts also doesn't work

as for the login-bxb.livecharts.. it does not refresh on its own.. or by clicking on the download.. nor does it provide a java console..

Help on this please.....

I'm presently logged in to LC B 10..

And the HotList does not refresh itself.. had the same numbers all day..
