SPY data

Hi there,

I subscribed to Nasdaq and NYSE exhange and i get the data for symbols like RIMM, MSFT, GS. But how come I don't get data for SPY? I think SPY is listed on NYSE as well. Please help.

Hi,
SPY (being an ETF) has its data come from the AMEX. To get charts and data for ETFs in LiveCharts you'll need a sub to the NYSE and the AMEX exchanges.

You can do that yourself by logging into your Account Maintenance: https://secure.esignal.com/maintenance.aspx?bhcp=1 Look under the “Services” area and then click “Add/Cancel Add-On Services” to add exchange subscriptions. Or you can call Cust Svc at 510-785-1254 or email them at [email protected] and allow them to add it for you. Once you have made the needed addition in your Account Maintenance and have logged out, wait 20 minutes and log out of your charts and then log back in to bring the new data in.
