Login Problems 30 Dec 09 - evening

We're still having login issues on LiveCharts. Top level engineering staff and operations staff are meeting into the night to continue to work out a fix.

There is nothing to do at the user level. The alternate login (http://login.livecharts.com) won't work on this one. Clearing the temp files and cookies won't work. You'll get this box just as the interface loads:

Also - please do NOT change or reset your password during this. The error you are getting is caused by the servers - your password info has not been compromised. If you change your password it will possibly complicate things later.

It appears that LiveCharts login has been restored. I've just tested 4 users and they all logged in OK.
Please try and log in as you normally would and post if you are still having problems - or feel free to email tech at [email protected]
