Where did the volume go to ?

Here's a case of a stock that has traded 870K some shares and yet if one tries to arrive at that final volume by counting up the volume bars .... well i don't see how 870K is arrived at

There seems to be some missing volume here - what am i missing ?

At 7:41:08 AM PDT there was an Trade flagged as Out of Sequence at a price of 4.05 at a size of 571400.

Out of Sequence (OOS) trades are valid, but aren't reflected on the bar charts as they would have occurred at an earlier time and skew charts.
