  • LiveCharts Exception

Recently having trouble getting LiveCharts 3.1 up and running quickly: have been getting a "General Exception - java.util.ConcurrentModificationException" after log-in (I have the details recorded as an image).

When this occurs the LC chart display is frozen and I have to kill Firefox entirely to restore functionality, which affects other web sites I am using. I get LC running properly after several attempts.

Are you running the latest version of Firefox and the latest version of Java?
      Thank you,

        (two months later
This is still happening to me most mornings when starting LiveCharts for the day. Usually takes two or three attempts before I get the applet running, then it runs fine all day.

All my software is up-to-date, Java, Firefox and Windows, though the Windows is XP SP3, so I suppose that is not the latest, stictly speaking.
        (I dislike Windows 7).

            Something has changed

Three days in a row it has started on first attempt. This is the first week in months I have had no problem starting up (usually took three attempts before).
