Can't log on

Was on trial Market Center. Went to eignal basic for one day. Marketcenter is better for my needs. I was switched back to MC last night.

Account maintainace works fine, log on and see every thing. MC says the same userid and password is invalid. Also can not connect to live rep.

Removed java 1.4 via XP add remove programs. Downloaded java from java.com and restarted. Still can not log on help!!!!

They changed password by 1 character

When I went to back to MC. The last character of userid was dropped.

Had to call and wait about 15 min to find out.
