No charts

I have subscribed to streaming charts. I get the charts for dow jones and other us stocks. For uk stocks i have entered the symbol BARC-LON for barclays , I get the prices but I am not getting charts. I also tried with RBS-LON where I get the prices but not the charts. Please help.

Hi,

I am able to pull-up streaming charts on both of those symbols so let me ask a few questions on your end. You can get the chart window up but for those symbols, it remains blank, correct? Can you try changing the interval, say from daily to a 5 minute?

Have you tried to log off/on MC and see if that helps?

If you still can't get those charts working, please shoot me a PM with your username and I'll try to log in as you and see what I get.

Yesyou are right. I get the chrt window bot it remains blank. I have inly
tried Barc and Rbs. I have tried to change different time periods but no
