Marketcenter is so frought with problems that it should never been released to customers. Bid/ask prices that go beyond 2 decimal places on nyse stocks show a price of 843.33 instead of 84.333.
The Java implementation is so inefficient that 30-40 symbols max out my 1.8ghz 512mb system. My existing java platform runs about 100 symbols at 12% cpu usage.
Your technical support? people try to sluff off the problem. They think is is MY problem. So until someone is willing to tackle the REAL problems with MC a lot of ill will is being created.
