My account is fine, still got a couple of weeks of the trial left, says service status OK too, so what is wrong? I do wish you had UK support so that these issues could be resolved quicker.

Prices but no intraday charts for UK. US charts fine

Disconnected to see if charts would come up if I logged back on but now get same error message as before and can't get back on

Hi Helenquenet,

I have checked with Networking and for our Market center product, everything has been working perfectly fine.

Please can you do the following:

Reboot PC
Load Just market center
If not working,
Please delete temp internet files
Load market center.

please let me know if this works.

Got back on 9am but still no UK charts, US chart still OK. You got something against us?

Hiya,

Can't reboot PC at the moment as I have IB running for my futures trades. It was like this yesterday and then sorted itself out later in the day.

Anyway it doesn't make sense that the US charts are fine and working OK. Surely if there was a PC problem my end nothing would be working? I think it's your UK feed.

Does the chart window come up at all? Is it then blank when it comes up? Or does it not come up at all?
which European / UK symbols are you using?

p.s. We have nothing against you (being a Brit myself based in london)

Hiya,

When I open the ES chart window all is normal, no problems. When I try to open a UK stock window it is totally blank with just the last price on the RHS it also takes ages to move from the ES to the chart. Yesterday I eventually got some charts but they weren't backdating so they built up min by min until at some point they came back as normal. I really don't think it's my machine at fault.

This is such a perfect low cost system for me to use alongside the futures stuff I really want it work well.

Hi Helenquenet,

You're not mad. I can see this issue myself. It seems that the data is collected locally from when the chart is opened.
I will find out what is going on and get back to you with a resolution.

If you log off and log in again, you will notice the charts are now fixed and you can recieve the rest of the data.
