Dow mini futures volume

Apparently there has been an ongoing problem with the volume of the dow mini futures.

It never changes from 62,647.

Just wanted to report the problem or get some feedback.

Thanks for the report. The QA team is in process of working on this issue. BTW, this FAQ is not related to the aforementioned issue, but is additional information that describes how the futures volume is handled. Thanks again.

Hi cdalrym,

Normally for all futures, the official volume is posted one day late by the exchange. The CBOT sends the official volume for the current day in the evening of that day. In cases of e-CBOT contracts, the volume update is sent in the afternoon which is then transferred to the Quote window data and carried over until the next day. This situation is corrected the following day when the new update is sent at market close.
