Info. for Tahoe charts

Who own the Tahoe charts, I like to try for Forex trading.
What on there site no information who's to contact by
E-mail or by phone. I like to know whats there conditions
if any case I did not like the service, can I cancel anytime

And I have on my computer 128 MB RAM, I want to know
If I can run Tahoe charts.

FWIW one of my computers is a 933Mhz with 128MB RAM and Tahoe Charts runs without any problems whatsoever.
