  • Subscribers to both QCharts and ESignal

Some of us subscribe to both QCharts and Esignal. How does the acquisition affect us.

Are we going to get a break on the subscription price, or or exchange fees?

And are you planning to import studies or stuff that are in qcharts to esignal or vice-versa

    Hello Akiri,

Thank you for your inquiry. In regards to exchanges fees, per the rules an regulation of the Security and Exchange commision, an individual can only access data from one account only once at any given time. You can, however, install the software on as many computers as you want. Since you can access both eSignal and Qcharts at the same time, exchnage fees would have be charged for each service. The same rules apply even if you have 2 eSignal accounts. There may be multiple account disounts offered but it's still to early into the merger to determin.

The merger is still in it's infancy and anything in regards to exchanges fees and intergration of features between the 2 application can certainly change throughout the course of the transition. We will let all customers know when changes will occur.

    Thanks,
    -JJ
