Can I subscribe to Globex data for qcharts, or should I migrate to eSignal?

Both QCharts & eSignal do not currently have the CME Globex package. eSignal will be offering it with the release of eSignal 8.0 due out later in the month. Whether you should upgrade to eSignal or not depends more on your product needs as the cost of upgrading to eSignal would likely be greater than the savings of staying with QCharts and subscribing to the full CME would provide.

Currently I subscribe to eSignal trial. There is part of e-mail from e-Signal
Services: NYSE AMEX CME CME_GLOBEX_II NASD_I Premier Add-on Equities/Futures Market Depth Subscription Fee.
ALL WORK FINE!!! How can I unsubscribe from qcharts intermedium? Only phone call? My English is VERY POOR
