qcharts delays last hour may 1st

When the Bernanke news hit during the last hour of trading, my qcharts datafeed started to back up. I tried switching servers, but each server seemed to be delayed.

My workspace has 2 charts, quote sheet, and some hot lists.

I hadn't see this problem in awhile, partly because the markets haven't had many explosive moves like this.

I had to switch to my backup charts which use my broker IB's datafeed, which had zero delays during this high volume period.

Did other people see the same thing today?

The delays that were experienced yesterday have either been the result of server queuing or a back-up on the Comstock IP3 network. Currently, we are focusing our internal efforts on exploring and planning ways to improve the service. We will post an announcement on this forum once a firmer plan is in place.
