crashing and slow to restart

Yesterday and today I've been crashing now and then when I switch to a new workspace. Q Charts is then slow to crank up again. This last time I had to restart it three times before it seemed to connect.
Using 5.1 version 5.1.0.1
Is it just the heavy volume or does anyone have a suggestion?
This is a new one. Have had data lag many times but this crash thing is different.

Hi doctoroe,

Try deleting your temp folder located at /Qcharts/Temp to see if that helps. If not, I would recomend a re-install of the software.

I do plan to download and re-install Q Charts. Please advise how I can do this without losing my workspaces layouts and settings.

Make a copy of these QCharts folders to wherever you wish, like a folder on your desktop, and copy them back into new install.

There's some stuff in the registry that can't be easily saved away, but it's minor.
