Decimal Problem multiple exchanges

The recurring decimal problem requires immediate resolution. We know that it affects data from multiple exchanges. Question: Does eSignal data have this issue? If not, then please replace the Qcharts data feed with the eSignal feed!!!! This can't be that difficult to implement. How about a simple software test to see if a data element is outside a certain percent of the range? This is a daily issue affecting all Qcharts subscribers and we need immediate resolution. Please post progress to this forum so that we may all be up to date on this issue? Thanks in advance for a speedy solution!!

This problem is occurring on certain servers and the problem is resident within the S&P Comstock IP2C network. Luckily QCharts has some servers that are not that particular network and are thus not affected by this problem. Specifically they are:

cc-12.mia through cc-18.mia and cc-10.sc8 through cc-11.sc8

Please use Ctrl-Alt-N to navigate QCharts to one of those servers. Thanks.
