my futures charts aren't showing up???

Here's a copy of an email I received Monday 9/25/2006, which was a follow up email.

Dear QCharts Subscriber:

Please be aware of the following important changes regarding your QCharts subscription:

Delayed Data:

Effective October 1, 2006, we are implementing a fee for delayed data due to increases to market volumes, which have led to more network infrastructure costs for disseminating delayed data, and also due to the new pricing structure for providing delayed data as mandated by some exchanges.

Delayed U.S. and Canadian Stocks Package: USD5.00 per month
Delayed U.S. and Canadian Futures Package: USD5.00 per month

If you would like to continue receiving delayed data on your QCharts subscription, you must add the above-listed service(s) to your account before October 1, 2006, to avoid any interruption with your service.

I thought I was signed up for live quotes on everything...

My futures charts say delay10, and the charts aren't showing up.

I have to pay $5 more a month now to get my futures charts to show up?

Unless you have been paying for Realtime subscriptions, your Futures have always been delayed. For example, I pay for the e-mini package, but not for the Full CME subscription. So I'm getting ES realtime, but now, as of today, I get no charts for SP.

ok, so to get the SP and ND futures charts delayed 10minutes I have to pay $5 more a month? I need to get those charts back asap. thanks!

Yep, that's my understanding. You will also get ES and NQ delayed, which are better to watch, higher liguidity. Of course the SP500 and NAZ100 indexes are realtime. SPX.X or INX, and NDX.X.

I can't figure out how to add the delayed futures package on the website?

Log onto Acct Maintenance and click "add/cancel product services". Then look through the options for the delayed bundles, place a check mark next to it, then click continue until you are completed. New service will be activated in a few mins.

If you still can't see that option, shoot me your username and we'll add delayed futs for $5/mo on our end.

1. Go here and Login.

2, You should now be at a page titled "Welcome to Account Maintenance".
Clidk link to "Add / Cancel Product Services".

3. You should be at "Select Your Product" page.
Click the account in the box to select it, and click blue Continue button.

4. You should be at page "Product Selection". Click blue "More" button until you get this page. Screenshot attached.
