I can not open QChart

I can not open QcChart today.
It stays on the "Synchronozing Files" window.
If I want to continue, I get the program does not answer.

This has usually worked for me when I've encountered what you're describing.

Before pressing Connect, selelct the "Open with Blank Workspace" option. If QCharts hangs at the Sync Files window, click somewhere on the face of QCharts away from the Sync box, to take focus off the Snyc box, to make the Sync box not the active window. Do a ctrl-alt-N to a different server.
