Qcharts does not open again

Again, I can not open Qcharts.

I tried with open blank worspace as Larry has explained.

Synchronizing files does not answer and I see in the right side of the window

"VBscript runtime error 800a0046
Permission denied
/display/2kb/articleinfo.asp
line 37".

I installed only the version 5.1.0.20 in my D: directory.

It seems that checking the box for "Option 21 - Anti-Lock Test"
(Show->Preferences->Testing) may fix this problem.
