Known Issues
Below are a list of the major issues with the current Pre-Beta version. Please note this is not a complete list, but is instead a guidance tool for beta testers.
Continuum Connection Handling: When a connection to the Continuum server is either lost or redirected to another server, no charts or time and sales on new symbols can come in after that. A work-around of using ContinuumClient.ini set to false and with only one server will help.
Time & Sales Not Available During Off-Hours: T&S is not coming through on weekends and during non-RTH (regular trading hours.)
Duplicate or Missing Trades in Time & Sales: During regular market hours, trades can sometimes be displayed more than once or be missing altogether.
Symbol Unsubscribe Issues: Unsubscribing does not always work correctly. Occasionally symbols can stay in the Data Manager even after they have been removed from QCharts. To work-around this, restarting QCharts and the Data Manager will reset the list.
Daily Charts: The Friday bar can sometimes be missing when accessing charts on futures with a daily interval. Daily charts may also sometimes be mislabeled by one day.
Session Times on Intraday Charts: The All Sessions toggle can sometimes not expand the charts to 24-hours or the RTH session may not always be correctly defined.
