I can not open QCHARTS -EMANAGER.DLL

I want to try QCharts 6.0 beta on my old Windows 98 computer and can not open QCharts.
I get the following message (in french)

Le fichier EMANAGER.DLL est lié à une exportation manquante KERNEL.22 DLL GetSystemWindows DirectoryA.

So, I will test QCharts6 on my present XP laptop (even I do not like to install beta softwares on it).
