There is currently an issue that is affecting NASDAQ symbols in QCharts. We are working diligently to isolate the cause of the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. We will repost to this thread as soon as more information becomes available.

Maybe you could start by fixing the time on your server - I see that your post happens later today at 2:45pm

At 9:50 it looked like the problem was solved.

I have 2 questions on this:

      1) Was QCharts 6.0 also affected by this given that it connects to 2 data sources and I'm assuming both were not affected by the problem?

      2) Will the missing bars (9:30-9:50) be added to the charts later so that TA lines and the daily bars will be correct?

I know we're all pissed about this drop out thing (lost an entire trading day myself because I mainly trade the open) but the server time has nothing to do with this, doesn't it.
It looks like it is simply set to GMT time which looks to me like the best thing to do since this is a forum accessed from all over the world and not just from the US.

          WhoLovesYa,

You may want to check the local time that you have set in the User Control Panel. To insure that your time zone is correct, go to User CP in the upper left and choose Edit Options. Once there, choose the correct time zone.

Hey, what do you know - that problem was on my end - unlike the 5,000 other times it wasn't.

The issue affecting the NASDAQ symbols has been resolved. Data should now be transmitting normally.

Users who were running QCharts 6.0 and were connected to the eSignal feed were not affected by this issue.

The outage affected a particular subset of the Continuum servers. We are still working to determine if the unaffected servers can be used to backfill the subsequent gap. Once we have additional information, we will repost to this thread.
