workspace now is blank? help!

my most important workspace that has a lot of priceless stuff on it is showing up as a blank workspace now. i think last time i used it it probably froze up and i hit end task but I didn't do anything to delete the workspace. Is there away to retrieve the workspace???? thanks!

now the viewable area for my charts is smaller than its ever been for some reason w/ big grey area at top, at bottom, and my qcharts are ending a little bit from the bottom of my monitor views.

this is a nightmare of a day.

Click Help>View QCharts Directory.
See if you have a file in the Workspace folder that's "YourWkspName.qcw-bak"
Whenever you save a workspace, the current copy is renamed with a "-bak" suffix.
You can rename the .qcw-bak copy (use a name other than the regular name) to WhateverName.qcw and try that.
