For account maintenance to see product subscription details....

For monthly vs yearly subscription fees...

      cool, thanks!

how do i switch to paying annually and make sure I'm billed Jan. 1st, not this year?

it lists the regular qcharts price annual subscription fee, so how do I pay for the extras I have?

what does american and new york stock exchange (Non-Pro) mean?

      thanks!

        Hi Mattman,

Your annual billing will start when you choose to pay annually. This can be at any time during the year.

If you are a professional as in trading for others or as a broker you will be charged an additional fee.

Your current subscription is a composite of the software charge plus the exchanges you have subscribed for.

Even though the software fees will be discounted for an annual payment the exchange fees will not be.

        Good Luck,

        Kate
