qcharts 6.0 program started crashing today

I use vista. I was fine with 6.0 until today. When I log in it says qcharts has crashed and asks to send a log to the admin. Debug does not work and I uninstalled and re-installed twice.

6.0 also stopped working on my windows xp machine today as well.

5.1 still works on both.

Qcharts tech support was not able to help.

tried running in compatibility mode in vista with no luck.

Wondering if this has happened today to others using windows vista or xp.

I added no new hardware or software. I didn't update either operating system although I have auto updater turned on so can't rule that out.

to be clear...windows is npt crashing; qcharts tells me it crashed right after I attempt log in. Qcharts then askes me to send an error report to qcharts for evaluation, which I do. I have heard nothing back yet. Wasn't really expecting a but I am DIW for now on 6.0.

I had been using the beta for weeks and installed 6.0 last week when it came out. everything was going great until today when I wasn't able to log in.
