Data options with eSignal 3rd party software

I can get historical data with Qcharts 5.1 (I did not install Qcharts 6) and with the Quotecom version of my 3rd party software (Investor R/T), but I can not get these historical data with the eSignal version of my 3rd party software.

How to get these data (and not only the last price)?
