No chart data for PHLX Indices

I am a little confused

I have charts for

PHLX:SOX.X
PHLX:OSX.X
PHLX:HGX.X

As of Monday, 2007-10-08, there is no chart data. They confusing part is that a quote sheet does show current data.

I searched the web and it doesn't look like these indices moved to a different exchange.

What happened to the chart data.

Notice in the screenshot that they are "delayed", at least for me. Did somehow your account lose your subscription for delayed stocks/indexes? Or you were subscribing realtime and that went missing from your account?

Else, if above doesn't apply, have you tried more than one server? Screenshot is from CC-06.sc8.

Yes, I am aware that it is delayed and no, I don't subscribe to delayed or to realtime. In the past, I would not see the charts during the day but I could see them after hours. That's what has changed -- I no longer see the charts after hours

Jay would be the one to comment on whether or not a change has been made that was allowing one with no PHLX or Delayed package to view after hours, but now closes the door completely.

A hole did get closed that Continuum was erroneously sending delayed data to users that had not subscribed to that service.

On the positive note, QCharts 6.0 provides real-time PHLX data; you'll just need to add the PHLX Indices to your account via Account Maintenance.
