Opened a Quote sheet specifying transportation and the trucking sector, well half the symbols show "Looking up". What gives with this? I am not over my symbol limit.

In 5.1, the Sector lists come from MarketGuide(Reuters) which updates sector lists on a regular basis.
Regretfully, 6.0(eSignal feed) doesn't have access to MarketGuide.
Looks like what they did in 6.0 in order to present a Sector List function was to create a new folder named IndustryGroups inside the Symbols folder, then copied the current set of syms from MarketGuide on 4/5/2007, judging from the file modified dates in the folder, and seeded the IndustryGroups folder. Also looks like that's a static set of files, mechanically accessed in 6.0 from the local folder, with no dynamic updating.
As we all know, over time, symbols come and go in a sector, symbols have symbol changes, symbols die, and whatnot. What you're seeing is said changes from then to now.
Pull up the Trucking sector in 5.1 and you can see the change delta vis a vis 6.0. For example, the YELL in 6.0 (was Yellow Truck Lines) had a symbol and name change to YRCW - YRC Worldwide Inc. YRCW is now in the updated MarketGuide list as obtained by 5.1.
