Cannot Run 6.0.1.2 (Feed C)

I just installed the new release of Version 6 and cannot run it. The earlier Version 6 release, while chewing up an inordinate amount of CPU, would actually run.

When I try to start the newer release, I get a popup window that says "this feature requires a different subscription level..." I cannot even access this popup screen to try and find out what the message means. My CPU is pegged at 100% and the Windows hourglass just sits there and rapidly flickers. What's up here? What am I missing or doing wrong?

BTW, I have a QCharts Plus subscription level, according to my account maintenance page.

Further Info.

In my earlier post I left out some information. I can get 6.0.1.2 to get started with a blank workspace, but when I try to load one of my 5.1.0.21 workspaces it hangs and tells me I am trying to use features not available.

Ah - the joys of posting before adequate debugging of the issue.

Unlike QCharts 5, version 6 wants you to have Administrator privileges to install. I was logged on as a normal user and went the "run as another user" route to install. Once I deleted the installation and reinstalled while logged on as the Administrator, all the issues went away.
