  • Is anybody else frustrated?

Q5 - last fall was getting so slow that I thought I'd try Q6

Q6 - I tried this on and off for a few months. But the frustrations with it continued and actually got worse.
    - symbols mysteriously changing
    - time frames mysteriously vhanging
    - volumes on day chart not even close to the volume on the quote sheet which was way off anyways
    - symbols on quote sheets disappearing
    - symbols on quote sheets now having the dollar sign in front of them

So I gave up entirely on Q6 hoping that the esignal team would soon fix it.

Q5 I have used this for years now. And was quite happy with it.
But now Q5 has gotten not only slower, but getting wrong volumes and prices as well. Always switching to the old Q5 servers worked for awhile, but now even they are very slow.

And now real time Qcharts is actually slower then delayed free charts found elsewhere on the internet.
Having to always check my brokers quotes and volume and free delayed charts against "real time" qcharts is sad. Qcharts was once agreat product. Now I wonder sometimes why they charge for it.

Hopefully they get this all sorted out soon.

    Level II

In short yes - its sad when you cant even get DJ index.

Years ago I asked if it was possible to stop subscribing to ndq Level II as it was/is usless. Currently its more of a Level 1 consolidator. At the time I was told I would not get realtime data if I unsubscribed - which seems odd because Level 1 is realtime data.

Is this still true? Seems like a waste of money spend almost $30/month when you aren't really getting any depth.
