i just subscribed to q charts i recieve data on indexs but not on stocks and emini when i type a ticker it saus not found in the workspaces the data for the index comes up but the stocks it keeps saying looking up.... and never comes up? can someone help otherwise i need to wait till monday. Thaks

Hi,
Go to Account Maintenance and subscribe to the stock exchanges you wish realtime data for, and/or subscribe for delayed stock data. It should take effect quickly, within maybe a half hour. Exit/restart QCharts probably required.

Go to Account Maintenance, click "Add/Cancel Add-On Services", and subscribe to the stock exchanges you wish data from. I'm assuming you want realtime data. $2.00 per exchange for NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX for example.
Are you using symbol...

Symbols ES H8 and ES #F should be working for you.
You are saying that when you type
ES #F (ES<space>#F)
into a quotesheet with a Title field, the Title field is saying "looking up". Yes?
If so, sorry, I'm at a loss. Perhaps someone else can assist. Or perhaps a call to Billing dept tomorrow may be needed.

i took your advice and looked further at the exchanges and noticed that i not only had to sign up for cme 30$ but also expressly sign up for US Futures Exchange (formerly Eurex US) 03/02/2008 $0.00 before it works. But it works NOW TY SO MUCH VERY HELPFUL!!!Comment

And thank you for the feedback info. I was unaware they added that line for the US Futures Exchange (formerly Eurex US) somewhere along the line. Mine got turned ON automatically I guess when that happened since I was emini subscribed.
