When bond future(Symbol: ZB, ZN, ZF, month is M8) charts are opened, at somestimes, the day session hours is 9:00 - 4:00 ET; at other times, it's 8:20 - 3:00 ET. 8:20 - 3:00 ET is correct. On some occassion, I don't get any charts at all, but the time is 9:00 - 4:00 ET.

Thank you for the post. The electronically traded Bond futures trading hours are 5:30 pm to 4:00pm the following day
The Open Action (Pit Session) hours are from 7:20 - 2:00 CST as shows on the CBOT website
Because there are a variety of reasons why you may not be getting data, it is best that you contact Techical Support at the time of the problem. The Technicians can assist with necessary troubleshooting needed to get you back up and working.
For the most timely support I would recommend contacting Technical Support at 510.264.1700 option 2
