VIX Futures symbols

Hi Guys,

CBOE Futures aren't available on the Continuum network. We don't have any plans on adding that to that network, since the eSignal network carries this data.

So are you saying that with my Qcharts 5.1 connected to an e-signal server (CTL ALT N) I will never be able to get VIX futures? even with an upgrade to Qcharts 6.0?

Lloyd,

eSignal has two sets of servers (1) those that support eSignal data feed the eSignal application and others and then there is a also a set of servers (2) that supports the Continuum data feed for QCharts 5.x. QCharts 6.0 gets most of its data from the eSignal data feed which carries the mentioned futures whereas the Continuum feed (QCharts 5.x) does not.
