Hi,
I would like to come back to the error message encountered by tom and Carol. Here is my experience.
I run only QCharts, and do not run e-signal.
On my first machine with Qcharts installed, I dowloaded the sigtools file posted by Alex, I tried it and it runs perfectly well.
My configuration is windows Xp and Excell 2002.
I took a second pc and tried to renew the experience and there I get the same error message that winros is not visible.
I've made a search with windows explorer and found that winros is just the application name of the eSignal Data Manager.
I've contacted the support team of sigtools, but they state that they do not make support for sigtools anymore and asked me to address my request to the e-signal team.
My opinion is that it should be a registry entry that does not permit excell to detect qCharts.
Dany
