Hey Jay.
Hopefully the attached annotated screenshot will tell the tale of what I think is up with these syms. Namely that Exchange Listed has gone missing for ETFs that have moved from AMEX to NYSE. Actually they moved last year, but eSignal had retained XL as AMEX until this week. Somehow things worked out previously with AMEX as exchange even though it wasn't technically correct. I have no idea at this time how many symbols are affected.
Mucho Thanks for the report.
Well, gosh and golly, but am I ever flummoxed. Scratchin' me head big time.
Anyone else care to feedback their experience regarding this issue?
Wonder if you could do me a favor when you have time. Send me a simple workspace that's working on your system with just that quotesheet that's in your screenshot, and with a single simple chart included if so inclined.
Also, are you running for sure with the 6.0.2 data manager (10.0 bld 390)?
Odd... I just checked that these symbols also work with the 6.0.3 beta on my Vista lappy, but the Data Mgr used for that is version 8.1 build 374. Yes, they work on 6.0.3 too.
I was hoping that maybe exchange ARCX being imbedded in your workspace might provide a clue. But alas, the screenshot here of what I get from your workspace provides no clue as to why the difference in experience twix thee and me and jcgg.
That's about the only thing I can figure... unless after all my complaining, eSignal set the "better f-in work" bit on their server when I'm logged in.
Trust me, it ain't QFAI. He's long gone from the scene by the time QCharts login shows.
Here's another longshot. What does your status bar say regarding Mkt Depth. Are you Green by any chance? In QCharts 5.1, these syms have Exchange as NYSE. But ARCX is the label for an ECN. My broker charges extra to get "permissioned" in Level-II for Arca, yet Inetbook is still free. Just musing here if there is an account permissioning difference afoot.
We are investigating why the Exchange Listed field is not consistently reporting the ARCX prefix. More to come as we know it.

There is a .tab file that is not getting downloaded correctly. Try the following steps to see if this clears up the problem.
Possible Fix #1:
1. Restart QCharts 2 times shutting down the Data Manager both times too.
If this doesn't fix it...
Possible Fix #2:
1. Within QCharts, click Help -> View Program Directory
2. Open the SigText folder
3. Find and delete the file called "wrexgcod.tab"
4. Restart QCharts twice and again shutting down the DM both times.
Please let me know which fix does the trick.
