Anyone ever have time problem like this?

strange stuff - my local pc time was off an hour, so i changed it. then i had this problem. I just changed the time but then the qchart time was off an hour from the time i changed my pc to.

so then i figured it was the wrong time zone, it was set to central, i have no idea when that was chaged from eastern, but i did install some micro$oft updates last night.

after adjusting, it's ok.

Please be advised that the eSignal data manager process needs to be restarted, after making any changes to your system clock, for that time setting to be applied within the program.
