7/22 233 chart has long wick

I use the 233 chart and on a number of my symbols (mostly financial stocks) the 9:30 233 candle has a long lower wick that shows the stock traded at almost zero for a low of the day, tho such a price is not replicated on any other chart.

Any suggestions as to why that's happened?
