No Options Data in 6.x and it's pretty slow in 5.0.1.22

Why do option chains and option montages not return any information in any release of QCharts 6.x? This problem does not exist for me in QCharts 5.0.1.22. The retrieval of option data is very slow, but it does populate in 5.0.1.22.

I always try to log on to Hayward 07. I get about half of my options. I'm sure they'll be back soon.

Also, Jay,

Could we please get the "TickVol" in the options working. Some strikes show no ticks even when volume is reporting.

6.0.3.1324 boots up very fast. Works well with all workspaces.

We are close to solving this issue. Seemingly some data manager servers were not returning the listed exchange for option symbols. Both the DM server team and the QCharts desktop team are actively working on solutions for this.

We should see some improvement on the reliability of option chains soon.

Did this get resolved? I am still not getting options data. I thought it was a 6.03 beta problem by my 6.02 version has the same problem. 5 works fine.
