I run two instances of Qcharts 6.02 in separate directories and display each in a separate monitor. About 75 syms in each
with 10 or so graphs. The programs crash into a white screen of death at random times once or twice a day. The bizarre thing is that both instances crash at the same time. Since they are both connected to the one instance of the Data Manager
is this the likely problem?
My system is an HP m9040n Intel core(TM)2 quad cpu q6600 @ 2.40 ghz ram 3 gb 32 bit op system vista home premium service pack 1 with an ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT graphics adapter running
two SONY GDM-FW900 monitors at 1920 x 1200 resolution each.
Anyone have any insight into the white screen of death? (Actually more like a Christmas tree of colors blinking a pixelation of white and color). If I minimize both programs, anything else on my machine is running fine. The computer does not
sieze up or crash; just QCharts, so I don't think it's my graphics adaptor. Is this a known bug with the data manager?
