I've never had this problem with Qcharts 5 and earlier, in the 10 years that I've been a subscriber.
I only have 3-4 futures symbols that I follow, like ES. Let's say I have the 2 minute chart and it's been a couple of hours since I launched Qcharts. If I want to change from the 2 minute chart to the 1 minute or 5 minute interval, it can take upto a minute for the time intervals to change, and during this time the chart is frozen.
It seems that the longer it's been since I launched Qcharts, the longer it takes for the time intervals to switch. In other words, if I change the time intervals a few minutes after launching Qcharts, the change happens quickly.
I'm using Windows xP and have 2GB of memory, with no other applications open (except my broker's).
Has anyone seen a similar problem?
