Esignal Developer (Active-x)

Hi Jay,

I have Qcharts and want to get the esignal active-x add on. It's a $195 setup + $20 a month.

The sales guy said I would have to buy another separate esignal subscription just to get the active-x.

Is that true?

At this time, the Desktop API (which uses ActiveX) is only available to eSignal subscribers. I'll put this in my to-do list for review and will discuss the matter among my management peers to consider changing this policy.
