Qcharts 6.0.3 1st hr/no bars

Qcharts problem: No data shows up with any intra day chart for the 1st hour of trading despite having live data. Only the Daily bar shows. After the 1st hour normal bars show in all intra day time frames but the 1st hour is still left blank. Am using 6.0.3.

Hi,
Please click “View” then “Preferences” then click the tab called “MultiMinute Bars”.
On that page, click the bottom radio button.
Then click OK to close the Preferences dialog box.
Now, click thru several symbols to cycle the charts. Your chart refresh time will slow down, but the charts should be better.

There is a bug in 6.0.3 (related to daylight savings time) that creates a gap for the first hour of trading. To correct for this bug, in "View", click on preferences and then the "Multi-Minute Bars" tab and choose the second option "Build bars from largest interval that fits evenly into session times"
