How come I can't pull up expired futures contracts in version 6 anymore?
I know there is the continuous symbol, but it only goes back six months.

    Maybe check your ticker format?
Like ES H2007 instead of ES H7

You gotta add the whole year when you go back in time.

Does that get you where you need to be?

        yes - it does.
Do you get nothing at all when you scroll back?

That's right. Chart is blank, but it doesn't say "symbol not found".
I put in ES M2008 for example or ES M08.
Can you tell me what you put in?

What specific version (all the digits) of 6 are you on?

Actually, you'd use ES M2008, not ES M08 - and, I'm showing W and D data - but I can't pull up intradays on that one. Others I can - I'll need to get with Jay and see if that's an issue on the Ext Intraday servers or just what's going on.

I just tried it on 6.0.2.0 and got blank charts at first, but then the W and D filled in - slowly. Before - when I was getting data faster I was on 6.0.3.1445

                  Download 6.0.3.1445: http://216.23.225.152/QCharts_Beta/qcharts.1445.exe

yes I see. I am getting D, W but no intraday which is what I need.
                    Thanks for helping.

I'm used ES M2008 on QCharts 6.02 build 390 and I get nothing on any charts.
