Still NO DATA at TF for the first hour

I still have no data in the TF charts of normal market hours. I have tried the View - Preference - Multi-minute Bars - second option method, but the following graph is what I got.

Any ideas anyone?

Are you using TF M9? I get full data on that in 6.0.3.1550
What exact version of QCharts are you on?

Thanks a lot Bill. That appeared to be the trick.

I just wish somebody had thought to mentioned this earlier. I reported this same problem when the DST was first switched on, but nobody could bother to say anything.
